Rana El Haddad is a dynamic leader and passionate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and more than 7 years in real estate and investment. As Co-Founder and Chairperson of Heart & Arrows, she is dedicated to redefining continuing education by merging academic excellence with real-world business expertise.

Rana holds an Executive MBA from the Lebanese American University (LAU) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at Audiencia Business School. Her research focuses on the integration of neuromarketing and artificial intelligence, exploring how these fields can work together to unlock investors' minds.

In addition to her role at Heart & Arrows, Rana serves as Managing Director of a successful investment and real estate firm, where she leads initiatives for business expansion and innovation. Through Heart & Arrows, her mission is to empower professionals and organizations by offering impactful training programs and internationally accredited certifications.

Rita El Haddad has over 16 years of experience in the banking sector, specializing in customer experience, credit, and risk management. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Heart & Arrows, she is committed to transforming the landscape of continuing education and professional development.

Rita holds an Executive MBA from the Lebanese American University (LAU) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at Audiencia Business School in France. Her thesis focuses on designing innovation and AI strategies in financial institutions, examining how organizations can responsibly integrate AI-driven innovation into their strategic vision.

Hady Haddad is a dedicated researcher and lecturer with a Master's degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from Saint Joseph University (USJ). He is currently pursuing a joint doctoral degree at USJ and Simon Fraser University in Canada, specializing in deep learning for medical imaging. Hady is also an active researcher at the Biomedical Imaging Laboratory at USJ.

As a visiting lecturer, Hady teaches courses on Artificial Intelligence, Graph Theory, and Operational Research at USJ, as well as Artificial Intelligence in Business at the Lebanese American University (LAU). With over 15 years of industry experience in AI-driven strategies and software architecture, he has worked with leading multinational corporations, expertly bridging the gap between academic excellence and real-world innovation. Hady is recognized as a visionary leader in AI transformation.

Beyond his technical expertise, Hady is a strong advocate for continuing education, believing that "learning has no age limit." As an educator, he inspires both professionals and students to embrace lifelong learning in an era of rapid technological change.
